If you would like to return your item our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you are returning the fabric because it is faulty or damaged, we will offer you a replacement or a refund and the choice is yours.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.
Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Refund policy remains the same except if you have purchased and item already described as an 'imperfection'. Then no refund is offered.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, then we will cover return postage costs.
Please ensure to get 'proof of postage' when sending an item back, just in case we don't receive it.
